I have recently discovered your FAB Deal with it podcasts and identify with being anxious avoidant and in relationship with another anxious avoidant which adds some much needed clarity ???? aha moments are like a much needed awakening ???? I find when I’m avoidant he is anxious and vise versa, which is frustrating and confusing. This ping pong dance is exhausting and as I’m becoming more aware I find I want more intimacy and connection and he’s more avoidant. I always labelled myself as commitment phobic which explains alot.
