#462 – Journey Of Attachment: Shame of Getting Caught Being Wrong; How to Stop It
How do you deal with the shame of getting caught being wrong? In our current world of social media, people post anything they want online–and expect no one to challenge them. When someone disagrees with their beliefs, they get defensive, angry.
We see this behavior in relationships as well. You defend your feelings, or worse, you change them to match your partner’s beliefs. You’re terrified of being wrong, of feeling that shame, so you walk on eggshells.
Running from the shame forces you to bottle up your feelings and never truly go for what you want. In this episode, you’ll learn how to confront your feelings and fears.
